Police arrest CNN correspondent Omar Jimenez and crew on live television

If someone told you 10 years ago that a a journalist and his crew, in a western country, could be arrested while reporting live on TV, because they were standing in the street, I don’t think you would believe.
During the all process, Omar Jimenez clearly identify himself as a CNN journalist, while politely asking what they could do to get out of the police way.
It didn’t matter though.
What’s troubling watching the video, is that it’s hard to understand if this a symbol of what’s to come or a blast from the past?
Even grimmer, this sort of hostile behavior towards journalists has been a constant this last few days.
Make no mistake though. This problem is not exclusive from the US and seems to be an upwards trend in recent years.
