At Broadcastr, we like to think of ourselves as Ad/commercials connoisseurs.

So, what makes a great video ad/TV commercial?

I think we can narrow it down to two things: Being memorable and shareworthy.

Doesn’t matter if it’s funny (though personally those are my favorite) or if it pulls on your heart strings, if it gets stuck on your mind and is something you will happily share among your friends, family… then it will most likely be a success.

Case and point is this commercial. I must have first seen this a good 10/15 years ago and until this day I remember it. And guess what? I’m sharing it too.
